To ensure our customer’s satisfaction, we offer payment via Lydia or wire transfer. Your order will ship within 72 hours after receiving the payment.

We have partnered with TNT for fast and secure shipment. All orders will ship within 72 hours of receiving payment and will reach you within 4 to 5 business. If you would like a faster shipping service, please contact your sales rep ahead of placing your order.


We are committed to helping our customers in all case scenario. All our products go through an intensive testing and grading method, ensuring a very low rate of return on our inventory. However, it is possible that on rare occasion, you may receive a product that is not consistent with our policy. Mistakes can happen and we take full responsibility for them.

Apart from our 6-month warranty, we offer free returns on all inconsistent orders, within 14 days of reception. It may happen that one faulty device slipped through the net or that one phone was received locked. On those rare occasions, please contact our customer service and we’ll refund or replace your device within 7 business days.


We are confident in the quality of our devices, allowing us to offer a 6-month warranty on all faulty devices due to a defective motherboard. Our retailers may offer peace of mind to their customer which greatly increase their sales conversion.

Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be replaced. Contact our customer service to make a claim. The device will be checked for its root issue and a credit will be issued in accordance with our warranty policy
